Vendor Schedule Notes

Friday Sneak Peek: Vendors are encouraged to participate in Friday’s Sneak Peek hours. Vendors who are unable to set up Friday may complete setup Saturday morning during the designated vendor setup period.

Saturday Evening: Vendors are expected to remain at their booths until 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, vendors may remain open for the Saturday evening programming or secure their booth and leave for the evening. Vendor spaces will remain set up overnight for Sunday. Vendors who leave should ensure merchandise and personal belongings are appropriately secured before departing.

Vendors who choose to remain are welcome to continue selling throughout the evening until the event closes at 9:00 PM. Participation after 5:00 PM is completely optional.

Sunday: Vendors are expected to remain set up through the conclusion of the Cosplay Contest at 5:00 PM. Vendor tear down will take place from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
