QuoCon 2.0 Vendor Tables
July 23, 24 and 25, 2027 at the Waxahachie Civic Center. Purchase the number of tables you need. QuoCon assigns specific tables and locations.
New vendor application Returning vendor application
New vendors pay $5 for application review. Approval is required before buying tables. If approved, the $5 is credited once toward the first table purchase. If declined, the application fee is forfeited and is not refunded.
Verified returning vendors apply free and receive $25 off their first table only, once for QuoCon 2.0. Additional tables are full price. All table prices are untaxed.

The returning offer is one $25 discount total on the first table purchase for QuoCon 2.0. Additional tables are charged at the standard price, including tables bought in the same order.
Placement preferences may be requested, including wall, island, corner, endcap or neighboring vendors. Corner placements require at least 2 tables. Endcap placements require at least 3 tables. Vendors purchasing more tables receive priority for endcap placements. All placements are subject to availability. Requests and the preliminary layout are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Buying a table does not reserve a specific numbered spot.
Friday, July 23, 2027 is optional. Vendors must staff and operate their space for all designated vendor hours on Saturday, July 24 and Sunday, July 25, 2027.
All vendor fees and table purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges or takebacks.

After-hours reminder: If you choose to leave during after-hours activities, please secure your merchandise, cash and other valuables before leaving your space. I’ll be meeting with the venue coordinator to discuss options and will share additional setup and security details once they are confirmed.
