QuoCon 2.0 Main Hall vendor tables

July 23, 24 and 25, 2027 at the Waxahachie Civic Center. $150 per table for the event weekend. Verified returning vendors receive $25 off their first table only, automatically at checkout: $125 for the first Main Hall table. Additional Main Hall tables are $150 each. Tables are not taxed.

Vendor approval and a signed-in account are required before purchase. New vendors apply here. Returning vendors apply here.

New vendors pay a $5 application fee. If approved, the $5 is credited once toward the first table purchase. If declined, the fee is forfeited and is not refunded.

Purchase the quantity you need. QuoCon assigns specific tables in the Main Hall. Placement requests may include wall, island, corner, endcap or neighboring vendors. Corner placements require at least 2 tables. Endcap placements require at least 3 tables. Vendors purchasing more tables receive priority for endcap placements. All placement requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. The preliminary map may change. Specific numbered tables cannot be selected at checkout.

Friday, July 23, 2027 is optional. Vendors must staff and operate their space for all designated vendor hours on Saturday, July 24 and Sunday, July 25, 2027. Attendance acknowledgment is required.

After-hours reminder: If you choose to leave during after-hours activities, please secure your merchandise, cash and other valuables before leaving your space. I’ll be meeting with the venue coordinator to discuss options and will share additional setup and security details once they are confirmed.

All vendor fees and table purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges or takebacks.
